3-DAY MOURNING DECLARED BY GOVT OF GOA
Government of Goa regrets to announce that Shri Ravi S. Naik, Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture, Handicrafts & Civil Supplies passed away on 15/10/2025. As a mark of respect to the departed soul, the Government of Goa has decided that on 15/10/2025 the National Flag will be flown at Half Mast in the buildings where it is flown regularly.
Government of Goa declares State Mourning for a period of three days from 15/10/2025 to 17/10/2025 (both days inclusive), throughout the State of Goa and there will be no official entertainment/programmes during the period.
