Kala Chetana Volvoi Launches ‘Tiyatak– KanniNovya Yugachi ‘ After World Record Achievement
After making history with the world record-breaking performance of ‘Ganv Zala Zantto’ staged seven times in one day, Goa’s renowned cultural group Kala Chetana Volvoi is all set to launch its next major production – “Kanni Novya Yugachi”.
This new drama introduces ‘Tiyatak’, a first-of-its-kind theatrical format that blends the musical and humorous elements of Tiyatra with the emotional depth of Natak. The play delivers a powerful message on the New Education Policy (NEP) through a modern retelling of the classic Rabbit and Tortoise story.
In Kanni Novya Yugachi, the audience will not only witness how the rabbit and tortoise story evolves in today’s world, but also meet a pair of twins raised with two very different approaches to education by their parents — sparking reflection and discussion about today’s parenting and schooling methods.
