Panaji, Goa | August 2025 — The Goa Region of BNI Foundation, in collaboration with the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa, and Business Voices, successfully celebrated World Entrepreneurs’ Day 2025 under the theme “Swayampurna Yuva – Viksit Goa.” The event brought together leaders from business, government, and education to encourage innovation and entrepreneurial growth among Goa’s youth.

The event was graced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, as Chief Guest, who reaffirmed the government’s commitment to fostering a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem. Guest of Honour Mr. Srinivas Dempo also shared valuable perspectives on building sustainable businesses and empowering young changemakers. Among the dignitaries present were Mr. Rajkumar Kamat, Founder & Managing Director of EP Kamat Group and Executive Director, BNI Global. Adding to the impact, award-winning business coach, co-founder of Dranding Consulting, creator of Business LEAP Coaching, and TEDx Speaker, Mr. Floyd Tavares, delivered the keynote address, where he introduced participants to his transformative Business LEAP Movement and inspired them to “Become the Brand New You.”

Floyd energized the audience with his signature LEAP philosophy: Love what you do, Energetic in spirit, Action-taker by choice, and Producer of the best version of yourself. He emphasized that true entrepreneurship is not only about profits, but about purpose-driven growth, where individuals evolve into leaders who share their best selves with the world. Adding a dynamic twist, he wove in elements of his groundbreaking Business LEAP Concert experience, making the conference truly memorable for both students and entrepreneurs alike.
