Akhil Gomantakiya Daivadnya Brahmin Youth Association (AGDBYA) is organizing its 8th edition of Davaidnya Cricket Cup 2026 on 17th and 18th January 2026 at S.A.G ground, Fatorda.
Total of 17 teams from all over Goa will be participating in this tournament, including 2 women’s Team and 2 Kids team.
The Jersey launch for the same was held on Sunday, 11th January 2026 at 5.30pm @ Hotel Cosmique, Margao Railway Station rd., Calconda, Margao.
The function was held in the presence of the main sponsors i.e. “Swaroop” V. S. Raikar Jewellers, Lotlikars Jewellers, Anta Jewellers, Ramakant Jewellers, Margao, Damodar Gajanan Raikar & Sons, Adarsh Caterers & Hotel Cosmique. Also present for the function were representatives of each team (Total 17 teams), Managing Committee, Members of AGDBYA and Media.
Mrs. Seema Vernekar, President, AGDBYA welcomed the guests and briefed about various activities and social service carried by AGDBYA throughout the year.
Unveiling of trophies was done at the hands of Mrs. Sampada Nagvenkar, Secretary, AGDBYA and Mr. Rahul Lotlikar, Treasurer, AGDBYA
Mrs. Sampada Shirodkar compared the programme for the evening and Mrs. Sampada Nagvenkar, gave the vote of thanks.
