
NETZSCH Pumps & Systems India Strengthens ‘Make in India’ Commitment with New Goa Manufacturing Facility Marking 20 Years in India
Goa, India — 27.02.2026: Marking a significant milestone as it celebrates two decades of operations in India, NETZSCH Pumps & Systems India today announced the inauguration of its new manufacturing facility located at the Verna Industrial Estate, Goa. The facility was formally inaugurated by the Honorable Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, in the presence of the Honorable Minister for Industries, Mr. Mauvin Godinho, senior officials from the Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) and VDMA, members of the company’s global leadership team, Mr. Moritz Netzsch – Shareholder & Member of the Executive Board – NETZSCH Group, Mr. Paul Netzsch -Shareholder & Member of the Executive Board – NETZSCH Group, Mr. Andreas Denker – CEO Pumps & Systems, Mr. Vivek Norman – Managing Director, NETZSCH Pumps & Systems India and many distinguished guests.
Advanced Infrastructure with Sustainable Design
Spread across approximately 45,000 square meters, the new facility includes a production floor area of 12,500 square meters. It is equipped with advanced manufacturing infrastructure, modern assembly lines, and enhanced testing capabilities designed to support higher production volumes and improved operational efficiency.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable industrial growth, the facility features a 400 kW rooftop solar installation and has been designed to meet IGBC Gold Standard certification requirements. The eco-conscious design underlines the company’s focus on energy efficiency, reduced carbon footprint, and responsible manufacturing practices.

The investment is expected to significantly enhance production capacity while creating new employment opportunities in the region. The expansion reinforces Goa’s position as a growing industrial hub and contributes to the strengthening of the local manufacturing ecosystem.
