ECI APPOINTS ELECTORAL ROLL OBSERVER FOR SOUTH GOA
The Election Commission of India, has appointed Shri Sandip Jacques, IAS Secretary (Revenue), as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa State during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Roll w.r.t. 01/01/2026 as qualifying date.
The Roll Observer will be available for the general Public to receive their representations if any on December 16, 2025 at 10.30 am in Room No 407, Seminar Hall, Mathany Saldanha Administrative Complex, Fourth Floor, Fatorda. The General Public can also approach the Roll Observer in his office located in Chamber No. 205, 3nd Floor, Secretariat, Porvorim, Bardez, Goa-403521 or contact him on landline No. 0832-2419420, 2419646.
