International Women’s Day Celebrated with Great Enthusiasm in Saligao Constituency with Huge Participation of Women
Saligao (14.03.2026): A vibrant and inspiring International Women’s Day 2026 celebration was held at Reis Magos, bringing together women from across the Saligao Constituency in a grand programme that showcased their spirit, talent and invaluable contributions to society. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and a huge turnout of women and was organised by the BJP Saligao Mahila Morcha.
The programme was attended by Shri Kedar J. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Kedar J. Naik highlighted the vital role played by women in strengthening families, communities and society. He emphasised that empowering women and creating opportunities for them remains a key priority and expressed pride in the achievements and contributions of the women of the Saligao constituency.
The celebration featured vibrant cultural performances, fun live games, exciting spot prizes and the felicitation of women from the Saligao constituency for their achievements and contributions to society. Several women were also recognised for their active participation and accomplishments.
