Minister Subhash Phal Dessai Announces Assessment Camps for ADIP Scheme Beneficiaries
Minister for Empowerment for Persons with Disabilities, Shri. Subhash Phal Dessai briefed media regarding the organizing Assessment camps in all talukas from 20th May, 2025 to 2nd June, 2025 from 10.00 am to 5.00pm to identify probable Divyangjans for distribution of aids and appliances free of cost under ADIP Scheme at Seminar Hall, Secretariat, Porvorim.
This camps will be organized by Dept. for Empowerment of Person with Disabilities, o/o State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation, Govt. of Goa in association with Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) which is an undertaking of Dept. for Empowerment for Persons with Disabilities, Govt. of India under the Swayampurna Goa 2.0.
State Commissioner for Person with Disabilities, Shri. Guruprasad Pawaskar, Secretary, State Commissioner for Person with Disabilities, Shri. Taha Haaziq, Director, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Goa, Smt. Varsha Naik, Director, Planning, Statistics & Evaluation Shri. Vijay B. Saxena & others were also present.
