POWER SHUT DOWN, POWER LINE WARNING AND SPEED BREAKERS NOTIFIED AS ON 18 DEC
POWER SHUT DOWN
A power shut down has been arranged on December 18, 2025 from 8.00 am to 03.00 pm at 11KV Chinchinim Full Feeder to carry out urgent maintenance work. Affected areas are whole of Village panchayat Chinchinim, Baida, Dattamandir Temple, Chinchinim Market, Chinchinim Ground, Tolebanda, Isabelle Classic, Lighthouse, Bamado, Palmagrande, Banfoll, Devasa, Nusi Marine time, Sukoldem and surrounding areas.
A power shut down has been arranged on December 18, 2025 from 9.00 am. to 02.00 pm at 11KV Chandor Feeder to carry out tree cutting, greasing and other maintenance work. Affected areas are P.W.D Tank, M.S.L Factory, Navowaddo, Eklat and surrounding areas.
A power shut down has been arranged on December 18, 2025 from 9.00 am to 03.00 pm at Sagar Society DTC feeder to carry out urgent maintenance work. Affected areas are Sagar Society and surrounding area.
POWER LINE WARNING
The newly erected 200KVA distribution transformer center for arranging power supply to M/s Kurtarkar Real Estate, at survey no. 18/1, Plot No. 40, Kurtarkar Nagari, Santa Cruz, Ponda has been test charged and will remain charged thereafter. Public are requested to kindly keep away from the said equipments and lines as it is dangerous to life and property.
SPEED BREAKERS NOTIFIED
District Magistrate, South has ordered the construction of One hump type speed breaker on the internal road while proceeding from Cansaulim-Majorda MDR (43) to Utorda Beach at a distance of 05.00 meters prior to the T-intersection leading towards Dom Pedro Resort, Utorda, Salcete-Goa.
Similarly, One Hump type Speed Breaker to be erected on the internal road while proceeding from Cansaulim-Majorda MDR-43 to Utorda Beach at a distance of 0.500 meters prior to the T-intersection infront of the MOG, Utorda, Salcete-Goa.
