
Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law secured First Place in the All Goa Model Youth Gram Sabha Competition 3.0
Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law once again brought laurels to the institution by securing First Place in the All Goa Model Youth Gram Sabha Competition 3.0 (2026), organized by Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development. Having secured second place in the previous two editions, this year’s victory marks a significant milestone for the institution.
The achievement adds to the institution’s recent string of successes, following its commendable performance at the Students’ Parliament Competition 2026.
The college also secured several prestigious accolades, including the Best Presiding Officer Award presented to Ms. Padma P. Karmali, along with the awards for Best Video and Best Faculty Coordinators awarded to Asst. Prof. Harshad Bandodkar and Asst. Prof. Lariza Gomes. Additionally, Mr. Nihal Tendulkar was recognised with the Prize for Interesting Character.
The team was led by Ms. Padma P. Karmali and coordinated by Student Coordinator Ms. Elijah Carneiro, whose efforts contributed to a well-executed and impactful performance.
The prizes were received during the valedictory function in the presence of the Chief Guest, Atmaram Barve,
who serves as the State Information Commissioner (SIC) for the Goa State Information Commission, along with other dignitaries.
