BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF LATE PARRIKAR OBSERVED
Panaji: December 13, 2025 The 70th birth anniversary of former Chief Minister of Goa and Former Defence Minister of India late Shri Manohar Parrikar was observed by the Government. To mark the celebration a function was organized at Manohar Parrikar Smruti Sthal Miramar.
The Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant along with Minister of State for New and Renewable Energy of India, Shri Shripad Naik paid floral tributes at Samadhi Sthal and thereafter garlanded the statue.
Chief Secretary, Dr. V. Candavelou, IAS; Collector, North, Shri Ankit Yadav, IAS; Inspector General of Police, Shri K. R. CHAURASIA, IPS; Son of Parrikar Shri Utpal Parrikar and his family members and others were present at the function.
