French Republic President’s Congratulatory Call to Prime Minister of India
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a phone call with H.E. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic.
President Macron congratulated PM Modi on his recent electoral victory and wished him well for his third consecutive term in office.
PM Modi expressed his thanks to French Republic President Macron and emphasized the strong and trusted Strategic Partnership between India & France, highlighting the potential for growth in the years ahead.
The two leaders committed to continuing their collaboration to fulfill the goals set out in the ‘Horizon 2047’ roadmap.
PM Modi also conveyed his best wishes to French Republic President Macron on the significant occasion of the 80th anniversary of the D-Day, and expressed excitement for the upcoming Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Both leaders agreed to maintain communication and cooperation moving forward.
