Goa Tourism to Participate at the Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF) Ahmedabad 2024

Goa, 5th August 2024– The Department of Tourism will be participating in the upcoming Travel and
Tourism Fair (TTF) Ahmedabad, a part of India’s largest travel trade show network. The event will be
held from 7th to 9th August 2024 at the Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre in
Gandhinagar.

The TTF Ahmedabad is an excellent platform for Goa Tourism to showcase its unique and diverse
tourism offerings to a national and international audience. The Goa Tourism pavilion, stall no. A 400
(Hall 1) will present a range of experiences that highlight the state’s stunning rich cultural heritage,
adventure, vibrant festivals and beaches, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every visitor.

A key focus of Goa Tourism’s participation this year is its commitment to sustainable and regenerative
tourism. Visitors to the pavilion can explore initiatives such as hinterland exploration, heritage
restoration, and spiritual tourism, emphasizing Goa’s dedication to preserving its natural and cultural
heritage.

Visitors will get the opportunity to discover information on the circuit that includes 11 temples of the
Ekadasha Teertha, offering a spiritual journey through Goa’s sacred sites and on the information about
the upcoming exposition of St. Francis Xavier at the Basilica of Bom Jesus, taking place from November
21, 2024, to January 5, 2025 and engaging with interactive exhibits and discussions that showcase
efforts to rejuvenate natural and cultural resources while benefiting local communities under the
Regenerative Tourism initiatives.
