Inauguration of the State-of-the-Art Mobile Cancer Detection Van

Minister Vishwajit P Rane expressed his gratitude for the inauguration of the State-of-the-Art mobile cancer detection van, remarking on the inspiring moment it represented. He thanked Shri Shripad for his support and presence in this noble initiative, made possible through BHEL’s CSR and built by CDAC Kerala. The van symbolizes a significant advancement in the #FightAgainstCancer, with heartfelt thanks extended to BHEL and CDAC for their crucial contributions.

The van is equipped with advanced technology including a blood cell counter, immunoanalyser, digital mammography machine, ultrasound machine, and facilities for colposcopy and cryosurgery, poised to make a profound impact in cancer detection and treatment. CDAC Kerala experts will conduct training for our medical staff over the next three days, with the first camp scheduled at RHTC Mandur on July 23rd followed by more across Goa.
