BJP Porvorim with Porvorim Rising Celebrates International Women’s Day with Eminent Guests and Inspiring Tributes
Socorro, 8th March 2025– BJP Porvorim with Porvorim Rising hosted a grand and inspiring celebration on the occasion of International Women’s Day, bringing together distinguished dignitaries, community leaders, and changemakers to honor the achievements and contributions of women.
The event was graced by Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Shri Rohan A. Khaunte, BJP State President Shri Damodar Naik, along with the presence of renowned Marathi actress Sonali Kulkarni, who attended as the Chief Guest and delivered a powerful speech highlighting the strength, resilience, and aspirations of women. The celebration commenced with a welcome song, followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp, setting the tone for an evening of empowerment and recognition.
The event featured thought-provoking speeches by key dignitaries, including Sarpanch Penha De Franca Shri Swapnil Chodankar, Sarpanch Socorro Sou. Sonia Pednekar, Zilla Panchayat Member Sou. Hon’ble Minister for Tourism Shri Rohan A.
