Foundation stone for Assnora bypass road was laid by the CM
The Chief Minister participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Four Lane Assonora Bypass Road on State Highway 1. The event was attended by Animal Husbandry & Fisheries Minister Shri Nilkanth Halarnkar, MP Shri Sadanand Shet Tanavade, MLA Dr. Chandrakant Shetye, and other esteemed dignitaries & officials.
In his address, the Chief Minister emphasized the significance of the new bypass road as a vital infrastructure project that will enhance connectivity and alleviate traffic congestion in Assonora village. Once completed, the road will offer a more efficient and quicker travel experience for commuters, greatly improving the link between Bardez & Bicholim.
The Chief Minister reaffirmed the Government of Goa’s unwavering dedication to building resilient infrastructure that fosters economic growth and enhances the overall quality of life for its residents.
