Kartik Aaryan Remarkable Transformation for Upcoming Film ‘Chandu Champion’
The official trailer for the upcoming film “Chandu Champion”, starring Kartik Aaryan, has been released. Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie showcases Kartik in the roles of a boxer, wrestler, and soldier, portraying the inspiring true story of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist.
Prior to the trailer launch, the film’s posters had generated high anticipation among audiences. In the trailer, Kartik Aaryan takes on the character of Chandu, a determined individual with aspirations of achieving greatness. As he strives to excel in his pursuits and represent India in the Olympics, Chandu embarks on a journey by enlisting in the Army.
After being shot nine times in the war and spending two years in a coma, Aaryan demonstrates tremendous resilience by refusing to give up and bouncing back. The trailer for the film was released in his hometown of Gwalior.

Director Kabir Khan praised Aaryan’s dedication to his role as an international-level multi-disciplinary sportsperson in the inspiring true story of ‘Chandu Champion’. Despite starting with 39 per cent body fat, Aaryan committed to transforming his body naturally, without the use of steroids. Within a year and a half, he achieved a body fat percentage of just 7 per cent. Khan expressed his pride in Aaryan’s determination and hard work.
The film ‘Chandu Champion’ is a collaborative effort from producers Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan and is scheduled to hit theaters on June 14, 2024.
